eSUB vs BEAMS: Which is a better fit?

When you take the time to show a customer/user how your product can impact their productivity and success in a positive way, you've gained more than their business, you've gained loyalty.

The only things that I personally have run into is the inability to do submittals inside the software as opposed to importing them.

Gaining better control with our projects has saved time and money and our customers like the fact we are on top of the project at all times.

Overall I cannot think of anything that I can say that I dislike.

The training was hands down the best we have ever received, the customer service is spot on, couldn't be better. Highly recommend this software for all Subcontractors regardless of your size.

The outgoing emails from the website for some reason often get filtered by spam filters and end up sitting in the recipients junk folders.

When we needed help with an issue we had great support staff to give us a hand. The customer representative with Esub is hands down one of the best contacts to have at Esub.

There is no ticketing system for the items I've submitted that are issues.

Constant updates to the program. Support services are helpful and fantastic.

So far nothing else has been a problem with the software.

Estimating is great, Accounting continues to develop, Wages continues to develop, BAS is great.

I don’t like how you can’t amend an invoice once entered as you have to delete all entries to amend the date or amount if entered in error.

Having all the functions in one software is great & Beams estimating is very powerful allowing for fast, efficient and consistent take off's.

However, i struggle with the cad takeoff system as i have never been trained properly in the use of it.I basically use the manual enter system and have never gone on from there.

Beams is a easy to use estimating software. We didn't have the accounts add on at first but now since we got it its brilliant.

The CRM is not up to speed with a lot of other CRM programs out there and has limited search and reporting functions.
