The IT support we felt was lacking and it made have issues even worse as it took a while for this to be sorted out. It served a purpose for a while but we decided to move to a different tool.
This tool was very quick to integrate and implement. There were some very good reporting features within Trisys and the contact/candidate management functionality was good.
Contract, Documents and Marketing Templates are difficult to design.
Pleased to say that these are being managed efficiently and effectively and our Account Manager Fransisco has a sense of humour too.
I find the Internal activity searching tricky.
I would recommend the trisys support package as they are always online to help and would specifically recommend Francisco who does his upmost to assist us if i ever need any help.
The platform's user-friendly interface and powerful features have made our recruitment process incredibly efficient and effective. Also the best that this system can add is the automation and the AI.
The out of the box integration with our internal CRM is missing and requires some extra budget. Unfortunately, the company can’t afford it at the moment and it takes some extra effort to put the data.

The interview scheduling process seemed confusing.
I like the most easy of use and great capability of sourcing. They have great customer support.
The only thing is that if somehow the payment is undone for a few days you will have access to your DB, and then the access stops.
What I liked most about 100 Hires is the smoothness of the software and the ease of use. Everything is super straight forward.
I don't have anything I don't like about it for now.
