We always had all kinds of errors popping up on the server so many that they had to actually write a program just to monitor them and still never got it fixed. Caused all kinds of problems.
We trained on this system over the weekend and were good to go by monday. The support team is very knowledgeable and can easily remote in to look at any issues you are having and help with them.
The videos available to watch for demonstration are totally misleading. The company does not want to talk to their clients if there is a concern.

Megan M.: Hi, I'm Megan. I'm a physical therapist and I co-own a small mobile physical therapy company where I see clients in their homes. I give HelloNote a four out of five. When I started my business, I needed a way to be able to make client appointments. I needed an EMR system to be able to keep up with all of their notes. Then I also needed a system that was going to give appointment reminders to my clients so that I didn't have to keep up with everything on my own. I chose HelloNote as my EMR system because we were looking for a cost-effective solution, but we also wanted to have an EMR that was going to have templates for Medicare and also give us the ability to streamline faxing notes to physicians and getting them back. We also thought it was really helpful to have a place where we could keep all of our clients' documents in a file for them. So that part was really easy to do. Their templates are also very straightforward and easy to use in your note taking. So all of that was really easy to integrate into our practice. So if you're thinking about getting HelloNote, what I would say is it's really a great all-in-one practice solution because of all of the things that it offers, including the note templates, the ability to link your FAXAGE account with it, appointment reminders, all of those things are great and it's super cost-effective for doing that. It was also really good to have my PTA be able to have her own login, and that was also very cost-effective. The one thing that's been a bit difficult for our practice with us being a mobile provider and providing care in the homes, sometimes we have some connection issues and our notes actually kind of get lost, so they don't save as frequently as I would like them to. You actually have to manually save your notes so they don't get lost. I wish there was an auto-save option, so that could be a little bit tough. But other than that, it's worked very well for us.
