Pros We use Zoho Projects for handling our project workflow abd I like the way it simplified our complex projects thanks to ease of planning, assigning, and tracking projects/tasks. It offers automation features that simplifies the way we handle tasks and also they help boost efficiency. The tool also keeps teams organized and provides for smooth collaboration and our teams perform better with the tool in place. Cons The interface feels clattered on the mobile version and it needs some improvement when it comes to reporting. The dashboards needs to be customizable too. Cons The UI is constantly improving, but still feels quite overwhelming for some of our team members. Once you get the hang of it, you can start to speed up. If you are looking for a real time gantt chart, this is easy to understand without a large learning curve. Pros I tried Zoho Projects because I am a user of other Zoho products like Zoho Invoice. I find this product has many features I was looking for in a cloud based app like gantt chart functionality that I can add notes to. I like that I can add many collaborators to the project and there are third-party integrations. Cons Some of the files I tried to add to the project were too large so I couldn't rely entirely on Zoho Projects for my file management. Also, some of the project views were not very customizable, so I found some of the fields were completely irrelevant to me but I could not remove them from the view. Switched from [Buildertrend](https://www.capterra.com/p/70092/Buildertrend/) Buildertrend was an expensive product that did not meet a lot of our needs so we were looking for cheaper alternatives without having to return to Excel spreadsheets for project management. Cons Some features could be more flexible. Recurring tasks for activities that occur on an "as and when required" basis are not easy to configure. There is also no built-in employee scoring system to track task completion performance directly. Notification customization and task ordering options can be improved.
