Carla R.: Hi, my name is Carla. I'm a bookkeeper and I give ClockShark a five out of five. For more reviews, click below. I reviewed different softwares before choosing ClockShark, but we hadn't been using any tracking software prior to that. We ended up using ClockShark for the ease of importing into QuickBooks Desktop because that is what the majority of our clients are currently on, and the ease of use for the end users, the employees that we're going to be using the software. Everything as far as integrations and onboarding with ClockShark has been very simple. Their support team has been wonderful in any issues I've had with any kind of integration with help. If you're considering ClockShark, I would highly recommend the software. I have been more than happy. I know costwise it might be a little more expensive than some of the other softwares out there, but the customer support is absolutely topnotch. I had an incident today where I hadn't set something up and the support tech didn't just type instructions for me. She took the time to video the steps and email those or sent them to me through the support chat so I could fix it on the spot without stuttering over how to do the fix.
