The cost is relatively cheap as well. It is nice that we are able to have so many categories and quickly be able to search members and view their progress.
We use ETO for a non-profit home visitation program and it is horrible. I cannot stand it and no one will do anything about it.
Reporting is as good as it gets. The built-in Business Objects Web Intelligence platform is as advanced of a reporting engine as you can get.
Getting your clinical documentation when you leave is a nightmare and costly.
They told us it would be affordable, easy to use and helpful.
I am not sure if it is the way our program is using it or if it is just the program itself but after seeing other reviews I am blaming the software.
ETO had everything that our business needed to succeed.
The software can be finicky sometimes. I have entered data and then it not show up in the system several times, which can be frustrating.
The ability to add custom fields and have them appear selectively depending upon group assignments is awesome. It helps to have someone tech-savvy for self-driven customizations.
The only downside for me is the reporting application. I don't find it user-friendly.
It's reporting features are fabulous and I love how much customization they allow. The support we get from NewOrg is amazing.
There's a few features that we feel are missing, in particular re: internal communication platform options and data import.
New Org is completely customizable. The staff was amazing as they helped us implement a system that was perfect for our implementation.
For example if someone moves from homelessness to housed, and our housing status field is updated we loose the historical data that the client was ever homeless.
And the team is very supportive in doing all they can to satisfy our needs. They do not exist to make money, but to provide a good quality service that meets the customer's demands.
Some features such as the Dashboard, seem limited/ aren't as intuitive.
