It is best to know that this software is best to promote paperless documentation and the users being able to work on it while staying at home.
Massive implementation and our users hate it. Struggle with performance issues and complexity of logic.
I had the chance to work in a BPO with this Software and it is really robust and offer great customization for the account needs.
The speed of searches is slow at times with users stuck seeing spinning wheel notoriously known as 'wheel of death.
Great program, easy to use, easy to navigate, and use reporting to your benefit. Agents, customers, and management all love SAP CRM.
The U/I is atrocious is difficult to navigate even for young tech savvy people.
Machine learning and intelligent automation help you engage and sell.it has so many options, customer interaction is seamless and the software is excellent for me.
Horrendous U/I and immensely slower to operate than competitors.
A beneficial tool to use and best in customer relationship management for my business needs, it has a feature where you can make your marketing campaigns perfect and accessible.
The biggest problem with it is continuous functionality. When you have database errors it can be a nightmare.
It helps to organize sales contacts better than Microsoft Excel. I also enjoy the shared documents feature so our company can share our important and most updated documents from branch to branch.
The training is very limited and minimal. All around terrible product for these reasons.
Sage CRM is a great product Ease of use, simple to manage, ability to update. It gives an ability to update customer/prospect information and track sales.
That in itself is the MOST counter productive frustration - i have ever had to deal with.
The software was very easy to use, very user friendly and layout was simple. Sage consistenly bring great products to the table we are so happy for a vendor like them.
The more people on it, the worse it gets. Cannot use remotely through a VPN.
Speaker 1: My name is Scott. I'm a Manager. I give SAP Customer Experience a five and a five. And for more reviews about this, look below. In my day-to-day, I use SAP just to manage my inventory, to make sure that the levels are... you're down, not up. And also, it gives me very good cost savings, as well. What I like about SAP is the usability of it. The fact a lot of companies do use it, so you have the integration between company to company works out, and you have the polling of all the information from other departments. Yeah, the one thing I do not like about SAP is just how clicky it is. So, I wonder if they could actually lessen the clicks on how to get from one thing to the next.
