What I like the best about the tool is that the tool empathizes with a beginner, it suggests topics for one-to-one meetings. It helps to break the ice with features like coffee connect.

Should be more streamlined in terms of having more drop downs while writing reviews.

Software can have connection problems to the server. Usually network issues or traffic.

Epic has proven to be robust, reliable and flexible whether you are working in an outpatient or inpatient setting.

I have some instances where my documentation disappears and I have to redo everything. This occurs more often when I am working remotely.

I like that templates and smart phrases can be created which allows for documentation to be more efficient.
