The built in edit checks/constraints are very limited in what they can do.

Dealing with Clinical Studio and, by extension, the support staff has been a lesson in abject frustration. It is one of the most bug-filled, poorly written programs I have ever had to deal with.
They are so receptive and eager to please they are willing to update their software to make it easier for their customers. The actual EDC is so easy to use, our clients love it.
I used TrialKit before TrialKit AI became available. At the time, some of the reporting functionality was cumbersome, making it more difficult to capture key performance metrics for our trial.

Lack payment report (list format only which can be used to build your report).
They incorporate new features as we need them and seem to have great synergy between their development and support teams. They treat us like a partner versus a customer and we love that.
The only thing I don't like is on the dashboard report you cannot filter by more than one site at a time.
