Althea Smart EHR vs Therap: Which is a better fit?

The experience as a whole has been nothing but pleasurable. Starting with the Support team, they are really great to work with to the EMR itself which is to say the least, a complete pleasure to use.

Unable to use some of pharmacy limited frequency wording.

Very good experience so far. Training was good and it is very easy to use on an iPad and the dictation is incredibly efficient.

When the list of medications in the list of problems is long, I do need to scroll up and down. It's not a very big deal however.

Features are constantly being added which have greatly increase my capacity to care for patients. This is hands-down one of the best if not the best EHR out there.

Ease of using, excellent features & great for dictating chart notes.

I love therap, I love the features and I love how you can customize this to what the company needs.

I wish that the program would automatically save things after you type them. I hate losing all my documentation and having to type it all over again.

Everything its a great product and user friendly, it offers great benifits of all users.

The formats changed recently and I was unaware of the impact these formatting changes would have on overall usability.

Amazing spread of modules and content for effective implementation and documentation.

Therap has extensive electronic systems that are just difficult to navigate on the front end.

Overall, it’s been an exceptional experience, staff or easy to work with always informational and good at problem-solving, as well as I am very interested in Therap connect.

There are some modules that require extra training. Some users find it difficult.
