Fishbowl vs inFlow Inventory: Which is a better fit?

Love the visual aids in identifying status of orders. Integration with Quickbooks is excellent and seamless.

The main complaint that I have about this product is, the not so much the lack of MRP but the inability for Fishbowl to schedule materials plannings automatically.

Fishbowl has great customer service, and their support and availability during the setup phase of implementation has been excellent.

Can't pull accurate report on inventory valuation summary, excel export is garbage and hard to sort, can't sort valuation summary by date, and all reporting feature are just bad.

Although it is an easy system to work with, I would highly recommend to invest a bit more on the Implementation package, which we did and are very happy we did.

Hard to fix problems without having to talk to fishbowl. But they are usually very responsive when i have a problem.

Fishbowl's ease of use, excellent documentation, and use of wizards were key features we fell in love with. We have been using the software for two and a half months now and have never looked back.

The user interface is difficult to navigate and make sense of.

I run a small business with a lot of products and , in general, Inflow is fantastic and serves me very well. The customer service is great - timely and helpful.

Inflow seems to struggle when having to work out the component shortages when comparing them to a bill of materials - we find we end up doing this manually.

Great value for small cost, very user-friendly and intuitive, many useful functionalities, continued efforts to improve, very efficient and friendly customer and support service.

This information was completely wrong and although multiple people looked to make this login work, the instructions appear to be wrong.

Now that we have it working and implemented, it is so much more fun to work with. There is an overview for al you can think of all reports you want, but also clear and up to date data.

With no API access and limited integrations, it is very limited to grow with our business.

Inflow is the simplest, user friendly and efficient inventory system I have encountered. I am seriously impressed with bang for buck - an affordable system that does everything I need.

Only one item photo can be uploaded/viewed on windows app, while multiple pics can be uploaded/seen on mobile app. Online storefront a bit confusing because of not having an "Add to cart" button.
