It is very flexible and user friendly to setup and maintain. Great product at a great price.
2023 Update is not accurate, taking 5 months to correct still no word.
Ease of use for data entry, review of assets by category, and ability to file copies of invoices/backup are very useful features.
So far so good--nothing yet I see to dislike this FA software.
They are fantastic about helping if you need it and getting back to you quickly. Even on weekends or other times off.
I wish there was a way to incorporate loan documentation into the software so I could have a 1 stop shop (Although I understand this software was not created for that purpose).
The customer/technical support have been outstanding, very responsive and accurate.
Seems like it would be a really easy to use software but once you are in even the basic functions are hard to do and often give wrong answers.
My overall experience was very good this up. And the software is very useful and can give you all the desired information on the click of a button.
Also, too many unexpected error messages and error messages that misrepresent the actual problem. These force us to google for answers.
With hundreds of employees using Netsuite in my company, being able to save certain searches for exactly what I am looking for is extremely convenient and awesome.
They will lie and they will trick you and mislead you. One of the most unprofessional teams I have every worked with.
I like the consolidation ability for multiple subsidaries. I like the revenue recognition module.
They barely speak English—incorrect setup caused us much lost revenues and frustrated, burned-out employees. Never believe Netsuite reps who say implementation can be done in 3 months.
It was free because of non profit. I believe the owner of Oracle's wife likes tot help nonprofits so they reached out to us and we are interested.
The implementation has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
Svetlana: I'm Svetlana and I'm the executive director of an organization that has a staff of three. I would recommend NetSuite and give it a five star rating. For NetSuite we used a manual process, mostly spreadsheets, and Excel. That was very cumbersome and time-consuming. So NetSuite consolidated all of our data, keeping record tracking processes into one place and made it a lot cleaner and a lot smoother for us. NetSuite was a great option for us because they have a pro bono program and is a not-for-profit organization that appealed to us right off the bat. Being a user now for 11 years, we have found so many other reasons to continue to use NetSuite, they've been wonderful to us. Getting started with NetSuite took a little bit of a learning curve. It was definitely for someone with a background in IT or databases, but once we got going and figured out how to implement the system, continuing to use it and learn with the system, they give you all the right tools to grow and learn. So although it was a difficult learning curve, it's paid off in the end. If you're considering getting NetSuite, make sure that you have someone designated for the implementation process and map out how you plan on using the software. Have at least an idea of what types of things you're going to be using it for because it will make things smoother and easier down the road. But also don't feel like you have to know everything. The team is wonderful and they do help you along the way. So if it looks like a good fit for you, I say, go for it.
