What I love about SmartDraw is the Mind Mapping feature, which allows me to create tasks in a visually friendly way that mimics brainstorming. It's been very helpful to me when starting out a project.
Sad to say this is the worst CAD Package I have ever experienced.

It regularly crashes on me as others have detailed. If it crashes once you may as well start again as it will crash continually after that.

It is very useful in the construction of diagrams, with a very good appearance and with some ease - both in the execution and in updating the diagrams if necessary.

Gliffy is a superb tool for creating quality looking, professional drawings, flowcharts and diagrams. Its ease of use will allow you to create diagrams in a timely manner.
It gets a bit tricky when you have multiple elements working together. It makes it hard to move specific actions or parts of the workflow and can get a bit stuck sometimes.
Gliffy allows you to create great quality graphics and share these easily. The price of the monthly subscription is ok for the amount of content you get.
Almost too many wireframes to choose from and if you accidentally close a wireframe library it is a chore to bring it back.
We use it in integration with confluence and is super useful.
The text placement on the diagram elements are not always ideal and can cut off other parts of the diagram.
