Senior Insight vs AestheticsPro: Which is a better fit?

I like how easy it is to use and it is easy to learn new functions. The calendar is very useful, I like that pictures can be added.

The editing function is difficult and confusing. I can't figure out how to "edit" existing family information.

Ease of use, practicality, it touches every section that we need to run our facility and take excellent care of our residents which is our ultimate goal.

It can be slow at times and takes a while to load everything up. I usually have to restart or just leave the app open for a while to let it load.

Like how it is user friendly and the fact that he always is willing to work with us. We are required by state regulations to have certain documentations and he has been creating these documents.

Marketing and prospective resident area. I don't like how they have it set up.

It's easy to use and navigate in between windows. I also like how you can see all the residents to chart on them.

I like the support I have been able to get while learning this system. The ticketing system is awesome and the conference calls are great.

It is so clunky, confusing and glitchy. I cannot express in words the frustration i have been experiencing.

Overall this software was easy to use and was great for aesthetics practice. Patients were notified of appointments with it and the customer service was great with my rep [sensitive content hidden.

If you have giftcards and a credit card machine that are not integrated with AestheticsPro, it can be confusing and difficult to navigate and set up.

My overall experience has been absolutely positive especially with the help of the Support Team. They are truly fantastic and very quick to answer any questions.

Horrible customer service, records lost, waste of time and money.

The software is really user friendly and I enjoy how easy the schedule is to manage , some of the reports are useful.

After calling to dispute this they never reversed the charges.
