Ideagen Huddle vs Convoflo: Which is a better fit?

The benefits to us are the ability to collaborate across geographies, and particularly the ability to set up simple environments quickly.

The customer service is so bad. The rep has no answers and is really slow to find those answers.

Intuitive interface, easy to use, easy to set up and configure, enjoyed by the end users...the popular choice.

Slow for our geographical location, no ability to customize notifications, extremely poor customer service, poor training, upgrades do not take into account features that were relied on heavily.

I like the fact that it is quite easy to use and allows you to keep all your documents well organized. I also think it has a good security system.

The feature of commenting on a file adds no value but confuses the interface. Hard to track changes and collaborate on content.

Simple and easy to navigate the system interface. Great integrations to make this system even more robust.
