The community is fairly responsive and keeps an active release cycle as well as an extension community which build meaningful extensions to functionality.

I like the ease of use, the user interface, and the 24/7 customer service. They are great at answering every question and helping me when I need help navigating the platform.
However, there's no option available for that. Also, there's no option in the "take action" box to to change the name of "cell phone" to just "phone.
