It was hard to upgrade if too many releases went by since you were supposed to do one at a time. I almost had a database disaster during one of the updates and lost a couple days to recover the data.

CiviCase brings case management into to application and CiviVolunteer helps you keep track of the eager beavers who want to help your cause.

I have had some trouble using the scheduled mailings feature. Once the mailing didn't go out at all.

I loved how expansive the system was. I liked that I could use it as both a record of donors and donations etc. and as a way to process and track payments/money received.

That said, a person who understands the database can bypass the worst of it -- however, we could do this, and the closest competing product priced itself out of our reach by an excessive import fee.

The community is fairly responsive and keeps an active release cycle as well as an extension community which build meaningful extensions to functionality.

It's built on soon-to-be deprecated software, so investing in its deployment might be a little risky.

I recommend it to everybody. If you need a POS and Clover system, ask [sensitive content hidden] they help you though the best they have experience and knowledge.

Membership management is only starting this year but seems to be performing well. Lack just a unique identifier for each card issued, or a bar code.

It was the first time I used HelloAsso for an orphanage ai wanted to help in my birthday. The experience was very exciting and in the future I will use it again for fund rising.

The fact that donations are nit seen in there globalité as they give it monthly to the selected association. So I faced difficulties getting back proof of donations.

I could held a fund raising easily. For my donors also, it was very easy for them donating through the application.

Even if this software doesn’t do everything, it does perfectly what it does and that is perfect.
