I love the flexibility of this software. The ability to get the very much needed data from activities associated with the volunteer work is very important via the reporting tool.

If I thought the software was missing an option or tool, it was usually user error.

The team at customer support are nothing short of amazing - personable, friendly help that solves any issue quickly.

The reporting and analytics features are quite inadequate.

I love the ease of use, the great features - like password protection and the communication tools.

On the volunteer/user end it can be a little unclear on how to use.

I like the flexibility in customizing Fields to accommodate my needs. The ability to set up templates to communicate is great.

As soon as our non-profit actually has money from donors, we will likely pay for this to get the full functionality.

It is an excellent choice for charities, not-for-profits or any other businesses to have a VMS that can be highly customisable and offers excellent services.

I struggle to generate reports, there are no many options, it is confusing.

The portal is easy to navigate and all the functions are accessible and helpful. The best part is the customer services.

The only one I can think of was it is limited for volunteers, for event category or paid staff there are no options.

The customer service is outstanding. Of course the application is in the cloud and has easy to use access for volunteers.
