JewelMate Enterprise Retail vs Epos Now: Which is a better fit?

This program is very comprehensive and can be used to accomplish many tasks. The reports are an outstanding feature that make statistical analysis very easy.

In the end, as with any software program there are challenges. The question is how the company responds to the bugs or problems.

The ease of use is at the top of my favorites list. The reporting capabilities allow me to order properly, run time sheets, file sales tax and a host of other reports with a click of the mouse.

I am a very demanding, impatient person and Logic Mate lives up to my high standards.

Jewelmate is a great, easy to use software. Most of the jewelers I know here in the L.A. area use it and we're all more than satisfied.

The basic functions are a breeze; sales tax, POS, inventory, etc. There are some weak areas such as the "look up" feature the runs extremely slow to the point it is really not a usable function.

To me, it looks like a very powerful system and of course their service is almost flawless.

We wanted real-time access to our stores for all aspects, with a fully integrated platform that would increase productivity and reduce error rate.

I absolutely love Espos now. It has an amazing back office, tons of report options and very easy to use as a manager.

Since, the beginning I had many technical problems and problems with the support team. Once accidentally, they've deleted all my sales and product data during trading.

The system is very easy to use and is super user friendly. Customizable dashboards were a big plus as well.

Overall, my experience with EPos Now has been a disaster from start to finish. Poor customer service, buggy software, and deceptive pricing make them a company I would strongly advise anyone to avoid.

Been a functional system for my Golf Simulator business with great processing fee rates and the customer service has been very good.

I've run several small businesses for the past 30 years and this is absolutely the worst software decision I've made, the platform and support are just horrible.

Dreadful and extremely costly. Possibly the worst in over 30 years of working in Epos.
