However, we got some good support and eventually worked through most of the issues. By the end of the season, we were very happy with the system and what it could do for us.
We have not been able to figure out if it is a merchant services problem, a POS problem, or some of both.

It is very user friendly and if you do need help they have a great team of techs to help you along the way. We used to use QuickBooks but needed to upgrade to a system that had real time data.
