QL Digital Signage Software vs CommandCenterHD: Which is a better fit?

Easy to use, reliable and accurate, it helped me and my team manage and publish any kind of content on the spot, I like the compatibility with all different devices that we use on a daily bases.

This is very bad software, with many bugs in the QL player and very poor support.

It is a good experience, the software is powerful, reliable and team is supportive.

Overall, the software is a disaster, Navori channel partners are useless, and after-sales support is zero.

Ease of configuration and deployment. The multitude of features help us to produce great looking signage from the simplest menu boards to the most complex content.

I really don't have anything that i would consider a negative.

The better way if you want to have brilliant digital signage experience.

I had received feedback that depending on the end point hardware. Screen with built in player Vs. Screen and external player, the set up can be a little confusing or tricky.

The dashboard is vivid in color with nice bold size fonts to help understand each function. The message feature helps when you want a quick response for problem solving.

There's too many specific reasons why this is a horrible software, but I'll try to keep it more generalized. Essentially this software was not designed for the user.

The displays keep our students/faculty engaged with fun and informative content. The customer service and account management teams are top notch and super responsive.

Our contractor working with Command Center/Industry Weapon, Sharp, has been painful to liaise with and if you can avoid working with them, I would.

Easy to use and great support. When they help they do it promptly and all always follow up.

We've had some trouble with getting some of our TVs up and running.

CommandCenterHD is good. The platform is great, the content is great, using it is pretty easy for the users.

It takes a little time for new content to be loaded onto the player, but that is really more of an internet speed problem than the hardware itself.
