Biscom Digital Fax vs Evaboot: Which is a better fit?

Biscom has great staff who are always available. My experience with support and Professional services has always been excellent.

Neither myself or any of our reps had any dislikes about the software.

The best thing is probably the support. They are responsive and thorough.

Does not support protocols it claims too, does not work with SIP trunk, Support is unhelpful, constantly drops or loses faxes.

Really I need to put something I like. I like that the interface looks like it is from 1970.

If I was forced to pick a con its that we have to pay for it.

We like the fact that we can use FaxCom without it needing additional plugins to work with outlook. Easy to use, works perfect.

I've been maintaining faxcom now for over 3 years and it's ran non-stop with little trouble.

The ability to export data from linkedin and prepare list is very helpful. As a business consultant, it helps me to build my potential customers list and reach out to them in a easy way.

Quite bad, due to a non-responsive approach while facing critical challenges -- as we all do typically write to customer support followed by writing to the management via LinkedIn.

I use the tool on regular basis to build the list that I reach out to. This tool saved me a lot of time and helps me to build better connections and close more deals.

But it's been over a week now -- no response from them; Guess it's a shady company.

The ability to seamlessly import the LinkedIn data and give a validated sheet that makes it easy for reach outs.

Can't select how many leads to export, forced to do however many options are on the sales nav - even after you filter.
