We have had a good experience with their customer services. They are always happy to help with any issue that pops up for us.
Takes several months to be up and running with data conversions, unfortunately that would be the case in moving to any agency management system...we see no major weakness with the program.

Knowing this now, I would have opted for a different program/company. You simply can't trust that it will be there all the time for your company, or that work you do won't just be lost at random.
Hawksoft is economical and offers great growth opportunity for the agency. Their support is knowledgeable and quick.
Needs to work on the commercial side. It is missing many basic items that do not conform to the basic accord apps.

It's all lumped under "other. Commission Reports for Life & Health are difficult to reconcile for various reasons.
