Takes several months to be up and running with data conversions, unfortunately that would be the case in moving to any agency management system...we see no major weakness with the program.

It's all lumped under "other. Commission Reports for Life & Health are difficult to reconcile for various reasons.
My FA took care of me and has been able to share with me a serious set of analysis. He has been able to recommend me interesting insurance products and show that I was not well insured.
The features are not easily "discoverable"; there doesn't seem to be a structure/theme on how the various features "blend. Error messages can be more user-friendly.
The layout and interface of the platform. The ease of use helps the product being displayed better with the offers and promotions.
Lack of fingerprint login for the user. As the administrator, there were times where I will take longer than I thought to navigate the administrator end of the platform.
It was easy to signup and get started. I managed to find affordable doctor and I got some good discount on fitness immediately.
There is no enough except report. There is no report to indicate how many of my customer has download the apps.
Impressive GUI and it is very easy to understand for the client.
