LoanPro vs Margill Loan Manager: Which is a better fit?

The best thing about this software is the ease of use and how robust it is. It's very convenient from the aspect of how many automated tasks are included which saves a tremendous amount of time.

Platform does not work as sales described without third party providers and intensive work on the customers end. The onboarding call left us with more questions than answers.

I especially appreciate the ability to create custom forms, and to automate our customer contact. The support team is great to work with and once the system is set up, it's very simple to use.

So far we can't find any features that we're missing with this software.

Their support is absolutely fantastic. They really take their time to listen to and understand the needs of their customers and help find the right solutions.

Example: LLC changes to Llc. Only problems experienced.

I love the Support Team, Always successful in helping me with any questions. The program is very easy to use.

The screens are somewhat spread-out at least in Google Chrome. It makes finding page footers or menus difficult sometimes unless you know where to look.

We have been very happy with the software and the excellent support service and will continue to expand our licence as our business grows.

The updates are a little expensive. You get what you pay for though.

It has been an amazing experience. The software performs perfectly and customer support is easy to contact.

The Document Merge feature has cut down our processing times by half.

I have had a great experience in regard to Margill. Great Staff, Very Responsive, Great Customer Service.

The only regret is that I didn't buy it sooner.

This software was exactly what we needed and we have been happy with the functionality since we placed it in service in 2009. It is updated frequently and service is great.

The program is really expensive the cost could be lowered significantly though offering a standard fee.
