I appreciate how user friendly Zkipster is and that it is an easy learning curve. Once you understand and get used to the interface, it makes for seamless event support.
We occasionally experience issues with Zkipster messages landing in "unfocused" inboxes or spam/junk folders.
I love how user friendly it is and that you can access it anywhere on your phone. I also love that multiple people can work on it at the same time and it's easy to train staff on.

Fonttype management is messy (unnecessary hashtags were used in html, causing inconsistence formats).
Excellent customer service and support, the support team, especially [SENSITIVE CONTENT] had been very helpful. He also helped us think of using creative way to manage guestlist, a big salute to him.
