Child and family social service agencies that provide any of the following services: foster care, community programs, behavioral health, and residential placement.
Technical support, once paid for the subscription, has been very good and responsive. I like that they take remote control and help quickly to solve problems.
Our worst problems with Amicus have always been caused by integration with third-party programs such as PCLaw and especially Outlook/Exchange.
We are satisfied with the product. I believe the product actually offers more than what we use it for, I would appreciate a better understanding of how to use the product.

I love now love the amicus anywhere product so I can bill and make notes from anywhere. I also like the work flow and document customization.

There is delay and spinning when trying to complete documentation.
ExtendedReach is easy to navigate, logical, and user friendly. What I like most about this software is that the support and training provided is excellent.
It’s sometimes difficult to know where information gets pulled from.
I like the user friendliness, & the program layout and ease to navigate. Being able to use from anywhere is a great asset as well.
