At times the updates causes in house tem members pain. Not all users get notified that updates will be happening or have occurred.
I like that the platform is easy to use and navigate. Most of the page's functions are end user friendly and the ease of workflow is intuitive.
I have not run across anything yet that I'm displeased with.
L2L has been very helpful in getting our Maintenace department into the best shape it has been in.
