Designed for small businesses, independent accountants, bookkeepers and CPA firms in USA and Canada, it is a tax practice management solution that enables to electronically file 1099 or W2 forms.
Overall, I think this is great for a smaller company or start up our nonprofit. I think it’s a great tool to have along with any other forms programs that you would have.
I don’t think there’s anything wrong or negative about having it along with something else as well either.
It's quick (all puns intended) and super simple. Great way to create pdf documents and insert fields with ease.
We recently ran into some hiccups where form updates were missed and no Quikforms acknowledgement confirming the posting was received.
Their support team and even company executives are quick to reply to questions and concerns. They are genuinely interested in seeing us succeed with our implementation and unique use of their product.
We had clients reach out advising why old versions of the form were appearing which was due to missed updates by Quik.
My client loves the validation rules. Loves the progressive fills.
Overall, we have had a great experience and appreciate that each year Tax1099 takes our feedback and makes whatever adjustments they can to better serve us and their clients.
They do not provide any support around tax season. Either they just don't bother and stop looking at complaints or they just can't handle the workload.
I have been using this platform since 2018 and when I started using it I was so happy of the ease and the convinience of it.
Spent hours trying to rectify this including sending information to Dept of Tax and contacting Tax1099. End result of denial of claim and penalty imposed for late filing.
I love everything about Tax1099.com. It is very easy to use and the price is worth what you get.
The only issue I had with Tax1099.com is that I was charged for using their format to file a 941X and was not able to e-file it.
We save ton of time where they support QBD and QBO at the same time. Workflow mgt is another great feature that we like.
We will be disputing the charge and will not return to this service unless a prompt response is received. The phone number simply hangs up on the caller.

Well, for me, sometimes as a photographer, sometimes I have contractors, especially I work with the stylists, and I needed to provide them with Tax 1099 form for the IRS, and I found Tax1099, and it was really easy for me. What I like the most about this program is that it's so easy even for me, that I don't have a lot of knowledge about tax form and the IRS, and it was really easy, really comprehensive for me to fill out all the information and give all the details and deliver the forms in time. I don't think I would change anything, but, well, this is my second year using the program, and maybe with more years I would have more information and things that I would change. But right now, as it was so easy for me to set up and deliver the information, I would say I like it as it is.
