This software is not user-friendly and is very buggy. It seems to always have a problem and never seems to work correctly.

You can interact with people/alumni, take in gifts or register people for events. The reporting feature is amazing with how you can track your success.

Uploading csv files with names and email addresses is honestly just a pain due to how precise and specific everything has to be.

This software produces beautiful work and lovely end results. There are a lot of options and endless ways to customize to make things the way you want them.

I don't always know what the error is on the borrower side.

Encompass' ability to transfer data from different tabs is very useful and helps speed up the loan app process.

For example: no extra spaces or duplicates allowed anywhere in the document.

Great tool with best features to connect alumni with their alma-mater. It helps to provide good alum.

Sometime user experience is challenge. For example, after adding your batchmates functionality - navigation to Directory is lost.

The representative member is very outstanding. Almashines providing very good service.

Lack of integration of utilitarian modules such as NOC/No-Dues.

It’s amazing and wonderful it made our database more accessible.

Payment gateway documents are submitted three weeks before but no updates from almashines.

Yes it's perfect and easy to use and the product is also good.

Many alumni have studies more than one degree, yet there is no option to add those.
