iSpring Learn vs Moodle: Which is a better fit?

I love the look and feel of the characters. The emotional meter is fun and helps set the tone for the lesson.

I struggle with the use of authoring tool, especially for develop quizzes, even after watching the tutorial video several times. I know I still have to learn.).

The customer service response is amazing and is very critical to me. Very often, I need a solution right away and the tech support have been very creative when helping find a solution.

Custom user profile fields limited (only list and email, no checkbox). No easy option to enable google/linked in SSO.

I wanted to give a particular mention to [sensitive content hidden] who has been an outstanding customer success lead throughout the process and made deployment an easy process.

So far, I can't say there's anything negative about iSpring Learn. It's been too easy to work with to say anything bad about it.

Easy to use and wonderful conversion from power point, with a lot of friendly features like animation and videos.

There are some facilities that apply for courses but no for Learning Paths, i.e Due Dates.

Easy to use and organize. It's great for managing lessons and student progress with good automations.

There is also no active chat sections, and the lack of video conferencing is quite an appalling loss, especially since it is the most desired feature for online studies.

Moodle's feature-rich platform, exceptional user experience, and commitment to empowering educators and learners make it an outstanding choice for educational institutions and organizations worldwide.

This is like a great experience with my cousin elearning practices and all the way we feel like a classroom experience for them.

It is really difficult to navigate and find what you are looking for. The dashboard includes courses from current and previous semesters which is really confusing.
