5pm is used by a wide range of companies from smal non-profits and EDUs to large corporations.
The flexibility of Podio means it's used by everyone from startups to companies with thousands of users.
I like the software because it helps my team to easily track our work progress, which can potentially help us to decide time and budget in the future.
Some technical glitches do happen, the most annoying is when a project deletes on it's own or we can't really decipher how that happens.
The ability to monitor user activity is very helpful in our time management. The standalone time keeper is also a great solution.
It's difficult to find fings that are completed and our team all uses the system to vary degrees which makes it difficult to know where to know to look for notes, status, etc.
I like that the software is easy to use and above all, the interface upgrades are nice. The color coding and icons are It helps distinguish the areas.
I have a hard time finding my tasks (completed or not) in the system. Sometimes I need to see notes/context on a task/project regardless if it's mine or not.
5 PM has pretty robust filters and a sorting feature. Bonus perks are great pricing, easy to switch languages and an awesome app that makes on the go updates seamless.
The only feature that I have any problem with, is the Timeline feature.
I like the ability to create your own widgets that fit your needs. I also like the ability to put project information all in one space and have custom fields to put information based on your needs.
Almost everything cust service is horrible and they are very over priced.
Podio is the best to keep track all of our important emails, tasks and projects in a simple manner. Podio is an outstanding software for the project and management.
There is no option to markup attachments and there's no time lapse feature available to track how long tasks or stages may take.
Podio is flexible and easy to use. There is room for a great deal of customization and experimentation - without having to have a great deal of technical knowledge.
It’s a pain to setup, almost to the point of giving up. It will take months to understand how it works and getting it the way you want it.
Podio is a very powerful tool that can have many great uses for many different deparments. It is a great way to work together and collab with other teams or within your own team.
But the minute you need more then that you are going to find yourself just doing endless scrolling, and can't find anything. Views are a mess to build.
Speaker 1: My name is Gage. I'm in real estate, so I do real estate wholesaling. I'm an acquisitions manager, and I use Podio day to day. Overall, I would give it a five star, and I'd say it's a really helpful software for this industry. Before I was using Podio, I used REsimpli, I didn't really like it. It was more of a blocky type CRM. It was hard to adjust, and essentially I just never figured it out, so I switched over to Podio, which was a lot more simple and highly recommended by everybody that I knew. One of the main reasons that I chose Podio is because not only is it useful for real estate, I have a couple other side ventures that I use Podio for, so I can organize my contacts and subcontractors and things like that, in addition to managing my leads and sales process. Getting started with Podio in my business was fairly simple. Once you go through the setup process, you kind of tailor it to what you're going to be doing and the way you want to process your leads. From there, it's just as easy as signing in and using it. I mean, it is fairly simple to use. I would highly recommend Podio as far as being a tried and true software CRM that's been around for some time. I think that there are a lot of... Because there's already a lot of other companies that you can use to set it up, if that's too complicated for you. But ultimately, once you get Podio fine-tuned, it's an excellent CRM.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
