5pm is used by a wide range of companies from smal non-profits and EDUs to large corporations.
Flock is used by teams of all sizes - at workplaces, educational institutes and communities. We're already serving over 25,000 companies across the globe.
I like the software because it helps my team to easily track our work progress, which can potentially help us to decide time and budget in the future.
Some technical glitches do happen, the most annoying is when a project deletes on it's own or we can't really decipher how that happens.
The ability to monitor user activity is very helpful in our time management. The standalone time keeper is also a great solution.
It's difficult to find fings that are completed and our team all uses the system to vary degrees which makes it difficult to know where to know to look for notes, status, etc.
I like that the software is easy to use and above all, the interface upgrades are nice. The color coding and icons are It helps distinguish the areas.
I have a hard time finding my tasks (completed or not) in the system. Sometimes I need to see notes/context on a task/project regardless if it's mine or not.
5 PM has pretty robust filters and a sorting feature. Bonus perks are great pricing, easy to switch languages and an awesome app that makes on the go updates seamless.
The only feature that I have any problem with, is the Timeline feature.
We love the ability to chat/group chat, upload links and share notes with each other. Our company is spread out over a few states, so to have the ability to chat with everyone is very important to us.
Getting stuck in a long conversation can be annoying at times.
Simple install, seamless to use and very helpful when working with a large office. It's great for productivity opposed constantly having to physically gather to share information.
The first month of our remote employees they are getting loopy from the noise until we find out by accident when we zoom with them and explain where to switch it off.
It's super user friendly. I love how it breaks down the price & has a description for all items available.
I have not come across anything that I dislike about this software yet.
I love how cute it is and it is very convinient as an app and desktop version as well. I used it for nearly 4 years and I am pretty happy with it.
For our use, it meets all expectations, we have nothing to complain about, but on the part of the administrator I have already seen complaints about lack of integration.
Ramin S.: Hi, my name is Ramin and I am a partner marketing specialist at a software technology company and I give Flock a four out of five. Our daily use for the application itself is team collaboration and communication across folks that are in multiple places across the entire globe. To be able to stay connected on tasks and communicate on different issues that could be going on daily is something that we rely on Flock just to make sure nothing gets missed and that the communication is as open and transparent as possible. What I really like about Flock is the ability to assign tasks and keep live updates on tasks with different folks within our organization. So seeing live stats and live messages of where things are at and how we can make sure that things get done and not lost in the day-to-day offerings in the workplace, I think that's where we can really see the successes of Flock really stand out. What I don't really like about Flock is within the capabilities of its messaging limits. So there is a 10,000 message limit, so we've had issues around being able to refer back to historical messages within, whether it's a project or just the chat itself. So that is something that could be potentially resolved at some point. And then also, its integration capabilities with certain apps just aren't there yet. So hopefully that's something that comes down the line. But as far as its day-to-day and functionality and being able to work within a team, it has everything you need.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
