5pm is used by a wide range of companies from smal non-profits and EDUs to large corporations.
todo.vu is perfect for freelancers, consultants and teams of any size.
I like the software because it helps my team to easily track our work progress, which can potentially help us to decide time and budget in the future.
Some technical glitches do happen, the most annoying is when a project deletes on it's own or we can't really decipher how that happens.
The ability to monitor user activity is very helpful in our time management. The standalone time keeper is also a great solution.
It's difficult to find fings that are completed and our team all uses the system to vary degrees which makes it difficult to know where to know to look for notes, status, etc.
I like that the software is easy to use and above all, the interface upgrades are nice. The color coding and icons are It helps distinguish the areas.
I have a hard time finding my tasks (completed or not) in the system. Sometimes I need to see notes/context on a task/project regardless if it's mine or not.
5 PM has pretty robust filters and a sorting feature. Bonus perks are great pricing, easy to switch languages and an awesome app that makes on the go updates seamless.
The only feature that I have any problem with, is the Timeline feature.
The ability to create multiple subtasks by pasting in predefined bullet points. The ability to add a time budget to a task to know if I'm still in good progress.
The UI is not modern and the UX is bit bad, which lacks the feel of using modern app. There is no mobile application provided which is essential nowadays.
I loved the web and mobile interface that come with this application, it does what it sets out to do very well and I like that about it very much.
I noticed that this productivity package at some point remained occasionally stopped, which may have been caused by the low internet connection spikes, another problem that I cannot identify.
I like todo.vu because it has built-in billing and syncs tasks to a calendar of your choice. Also todo.vu's interface is beautiful and user friendly.
Because it is mainly a browser-based tool, there is no other mode of input for me.
Vu is great when managing very small amount of project and tasks. The pricing is good, and have a free option to try out before use.
Maybe sometimes it can be a little confusing to find out how to do something, but it is a usual subject.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
