Product managers, product teams, and product organizations from startup to enterprise
I like the software because it helps my team to easily track our work progress, which can potentially help us to decide time and budget in the future.
Some technical glitches do happen, the most annoying is when a project deletes on it's own or we can't really decipher how that happens.
The ability to monitor user activity is very helpful in our time management. The standalone time keeper is also a great solution.
It's difficult to find fings that are completed and our team all uses the system to vary degrees which makes it difficult to know where to know to look for notes, status, etc.
I like that the software is easy to use and above all, the interface upgrades are nice. The color coding and icons are It helps distinguish the areas.
I have a hard time finding my tasks (completed or not) in the system. Sometimes I need to see notes/context on a task/project regardless if it's mine or not.
5 PM has pretty robust filters and a sorting feature. Bonus perks are great pricing, easy to switch languages and an awesome app that makes on the go updates seamless.
The only feature that I have any problem with, is the Timeline feature.
Integration with other tools has been a great benefit. However, the collaboration, prioritisation and visualization of the product roadmap is the best and most used features.
The billing mechanism of individual plan is awful experience.
There is no better way to record your feedback and, more importantly, link your feedback to a feature that a user has asked for. Also: the ability to strategically view all features is amazing.
As mentioned above, it is hard sometimes to detach yourself from the feedback you are writing up and often I find myself arriving at a conclusion and then re-editing other feedback.
I like how you can visually see and update all of the progress of your projects. It is easy to collaborate with other teammates and customize the solution to your team's specific needs.
Productboard's UI and organizational structure makes it a bit difficult to understand who specifically gave you the feedback.
The prioritization feature ensured that I focused on the most important features. The flexible roadmap allowed me to communicate the direction of my product effectively.
Searchong for already submitted requests can be difficult. Constant moderator required.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
