Good, we are happy with Asset Cloud and have overcome some of the previous short coming mentioned.
The reporting system is very weak. I should be able to pull a report on any information that I input on the system.
I enjoyed the organization within the software itself. And the customer service was fantastic.
The label software gave me some trouble with windows 10.
Very good software for tracking assets. Offers plenty of customisation so you can tailor for the exact type of asset that you are giving out.
The only cons I have found are that if you run into a technical issue many times you have to leave a message for someone to contact you instead of being able to speak to a rep immediately.
Easy to add assets, UI is user friendly and reporting is really good. We have automated reports to show which assets are assigned to which user etc.
If the system has the information input it is possible to pull out the information for reporting. The app that goes with this software always has some kind of problem.
Additionally, we use the APIs to help integrate functions of the application to our other systems. Finally, the support of the SupaTools team has been outstanding.
Sometimes, I could not remember the path to change and publish some templates - this is due to the extensibility of the product and my poor memory.
I've had very good experience with them, excellent customer support, available to solution issues in a very quickly manner. I Consider them to be very reliable suppliers.
I am not using the reporting functionality at all and have compiled my own queries/views and dashboards. In addition the display of results in graphical format is quite limited.

Updating via emails are not neat/tidy - includes a lot of information (signatures and pictures) making it difficult to follow the notes.

Michael D.: HI. I'm Michael. I'm the Plans and Operations Officer at Mobile County Emergency Management Agency, and I give AssetCloud a five. Prior to using AssetCloud, our agency was tracking fixed assets using Excel spreadsheets. And the issue with that is that you really need a system of record that keeps assets. One, who's using them where they are in their location? And keeping up all with that through Excel is difficult. So we use AssetCloud to better manage our fixed assets for our agency. We began using AssetCloud in 2023 to track our fixed assets because our CPA and our audit was looking at us to use some sort of technology that better tracked what we were doing with our fixed assets. Using AssetCloud has a learning curve to it. It is not just a plug and play, but it has got serious power. It does everything you could imagine that you would need in a tool tracking assets or inventory. Once you get the hang of it, once you get into it, it is very easy to use. I recommend AssetCloud. We are incorporating it into our everyday use in our business, and whether you're using it to track your big assets, your fixed assets, or you're tracking inventory, using the barcode systems makes it very easy to find things, to get things checked out, checked back in, and it's just as easy as point and click when it comes down to it.
