Amazing Charts vs GOrendezvous: Which is a better fit?

We decided to do a trial run on the software to see if it was a good fit for us. The input from it was great, no training required, it was very user-friendly and easy going.

Since we switched to the on-line version, we haven't had a crash, but internet problems have made life difficult at times.

Amazing Charts is the top rated EHR according to multiple user satisfaction surveys and is affordable, easy to use, and FREE to try.

The customer service is poor. Also, the software runs very slow which is very frustrating.

I would like to see faster access speed from work stations to server, I have 4. Printing speed is good and has never crashed because of Amazing Charts.

When you are sending another team member a message on a patient, if for any reason you do not send it because you are interrupted, the entire message disappears and you have to restart it.

What I like most about Amazing Charts is that it holds onto that ease of the paper chart while allowing you the conveniences of an electronic record.

They keep giving false promises , its will speed up. The problems occurs when you are searching Diagnostic codes, Signing the chart, very poor spell check, prescription writing is a nightmare.

I appreciate the ease in setting up the application based on my individual needs. I also like the forum/ tutorial to help optimize its ' use.

It freezing on my cell and tablet plus customers are aving dificulty booking , a eindow opens saying lost connection etc. Every morning you connect it says lost connection.

Fabulous, it’s a great price, Mat was wonderfully helpful and it saves me a lot of time.

So far I'm hard pressed to find anything negative about this software. Maybe the most difficult thing is spelling the name.

My overall experience with GoRendezvous has been great. My clients love it & find it easy to use.

If I delete an appointment on my schedule (ex I made a mistake in scheduling an appointment or the patient canceled it ) it will still count in my limited appointment available.

I really like using gorendezvous, it's affordable and practical, hoping for an app to be released.

At the MAA, we have this problem with consultation Room. When booking personal training (which is set to gym or no room), it keeps the "consultation room" by default.
