SciShield vs Clustermarket: Which is a better fit?

I like the ability to see each lab members training records. Also like the ease of signing up to training courses directly via BioRaft.

I have multiple emails regarding lost time and data. I have to copy and paste everything I key into BioRAFT into a word document in anticipation that what I entered could be lost.

Ease of completing the inspections and the ability to take and save pictures.

Exporting the chemical inventory where it is readable and printable has been a real disappointment. The Labs vs Spaces disconnect is absolutely ridiculous and does not seem very well thought out.

I really like having all the information about my lab responsibilities on one page. The dashboard functions for reports are excellent.

Bioraft - Scishield is a very low-quality system with no SDS libraries, no real-time inventory tracking, no automated GSH, haz class reporting, and poor customer technical support.

One of the main benefits of the software is the ability for enhanced correspondence between the research lab and our safety team.

Overall BioRAFT has been more trouble than helpful. It only works if the professors and students use it and many have been very frustrated with it so they do not use it until we tell them to.

I am so grateful that you provide your product to places like ours. In addition, your customer support is excellent.

It appears a weird message (saying that I should do that alteration in a specific time) and it prevents me from changing it. Little emphasis in the marketplace.

So far so good - we have been pleased with how quickly we have been able to integrate the platform into our labs and it has met all our needs so far.

The inability to download user lists (with contact details) makes maintaining an emergency contact list a bit tricky.

Clustermarket is a great tool and the customer support is amazing. A really useful ally for any lab.

Can't change the fact that I get an email for every single one of those bookings, which is annoying and not needed.

Using Bookkit has been a great success; both from the operators and user perspective. The benefits have been seen by all.

Currently users have been block booking for the whole week but then that all falls under "one" booking even if it is across multiple days.
