We love the easiness of the program and the different features as well as some of our trainers are great.
Always blame problems on the internet connections when at times it is their problem. Once problems resolved drops off assessment diagnosis.

Emailing within is a pain. There isn't a history of sent messages,nor can you cut and paste.
I have been using Sevocity since 2009. I enjoy the flexibility, I also appreciate that it is user friendly and Sevocity as a company is very attenuative in regards to how they can improve the system.

The features I like best are the following. Reports are specific and clean- from an Accounts Receivable perspective- they are user friendly.
Satellite access is horrible. It goes in and out with storms.
Honestly, the support is key. Being able to talk with someone when I need help is amazing, especially because they resolve issues very quickly.
If the internet is slow, so is Benchmark. When the product is delayed, it is hard to do anything.
What I like best is that I rarely have any issues with the product. I feel like that speaks for itself.
It does not easily allow correction of errors. We have found it difficult to utilize the tabular report feature.
When you invest in these kind of products, it is so important to get quality and timely customer support and that is just what we have gotten.
Usually that is a big complaint of clients, from what I have heard.
