This is wonderful software for a mental health provider. The staff is very helpful and made implementation very easy.

The only downside for me is the pricing and point system, which can be a bit confusing and limiting at times.
I love how easy it is to use. It has helped me write thoughtful, clinically sounding notes and has greatly reduced my time writing notes and doing documentation.
The only disadvantage is the fact that every dictation is automatically charged as 15mins even if the dictation was less time.
It has been worth the investment as it has salvaged so much time and supported me in staying compliant with documentation requirements.

We use Valant EHR for billing insurance companies, and medical record-keeping, scheduling, and sending prescriptions to pharmacies. I love Valant because it's so user-friendly and easy to use. It's great. In terms of improvement, I would say the use of searching for available appointments in the scheduling area that could use some tweaking a little bit, but it's overall great.
