They have always accommodated my business needs and their service is excellent. Another super great asset that sets CollaborateMD apart in the industry is their CRM service.
CollaborateMD has become the biggest problem in running my practice. No customer support, so problems will pile up and cost you time and money.
User friendly things makes that software great. This is just great medical billing application I have used and I would recommend it to everyone without any doubt.
The worst customer support. I was told by a CollaborateMD supervisor that at most, they have 6-7 representatives working at any given time.
I was impressed with her professionalism and timeliness. She was very helpful and friendly.
My only "complaint", if you can even call it that, is there's no mobile version of the software...yet. I know the engineers are working on something so it will be mobile soon.
Thank you to all at CollaborateMD for an excellent product and the best training and service in the industry.
With the recent loss of my son, who conducted all of our business transactions, I could not see the road in which I would be able to carry on his legacy.
It is amazing and reliable and all of our 50+ doctors were happy with it. Our change to eCW was made by our executive office and not by physicians choice.
Freezes and have to log out and log in multiple times a day. Ipad and Iphone version is terrible and you cannot do work - it's just a rudimentary emergency system.
I like the ease and options available through the software. Allows for great documentation.
Customer support is horrible. Interface with the hospital system (Cerner), with the labs and with Sure-Scripts is awful.
The best thing about this software is that many clinics/physicians can be integrated, and it is easily customized. Monthly subscription service is a great for my small business.
This is HORRIBLE!!!! I do not know if there is any way to recover these passwords. Highly INCOMPETENT--- very thoughtless and ignorant.
Group One is a great billing company as our service provider, offering a fair service for a fair price. They also balance the practice's and the patient's interests well.
They had a class action suit against them for misleading people about Meaningless Use reporting. Their response to problems is that we can pay more for that "feature.
Savannah D.: Hi, my name is Savannah. I'm an office manager. I would give eClinicalWorks a 3 out of 5 rating. For more information, click below. Before eClinicalWorks, we had Greenway PrimeSUITE. We decided to move to eClinicalWorks for better revenue cycle management and better utilization of capturing data to work with our ACO with eClinicalWorks. We chose eClinicalWorks because of the billing module. We thought it was better to be able to capture claims and track claims data, being able to bill out those claims and see where they're at in the process. We've noticed increased collections since we started with eClinicalWorks. We also found BetterChart. It's more conducive to charting. It's more intuitive than Greenway PrimeSUITE as far as capturing information in the progress notes and pulling information forward from the previous visits. Getting started with eClinicalWorks was definitely a process. We went live in June of 2020, which is right in the middle of COVID so we weren't able to have any on-person training. It was difficult because we used only training on the video chat. Getting started, it was a lot of work to get the templates set up and get everything configured correctly. But once everything was configured, it runs itself. To get it all started, I would say it took our staff about a month to really feel confident and feel comfortable with the new system. As far as data transfer, the data transfer worked really well from Greenway PrimeSUITE to in eClinicalWorks. Just about everything transferred over except for about a day or two that had to be manually transferred over. For someone that is considering eClinicalWorks, what I would definitely recommend is having a staff member that becomes a superuser. I would be the superuser on our team, and being able to know all the information from check-in all the way to the provider's information and the nursing staff, and then all the way to the billing. Being able to have somebody see the big picture makes a big difference in setting up those templates and getting everything configured. You also want to have a user that's available for tech support and to open those tech tickets. Tech tickets often are very time-consuming to get logged on and get figured out, and so it's helpful to have a dedicated staff member that's able to work on those so that the rest of the staff can continue on with their regular workflow. That would be my biggest advice for somebody considering eClinicalWorks.
