We have benefitted in a great way by using Marvia, but I believe there are still a lot more benefits to gain and Marvia is always working with us to see and understand how we can gain those benefits.
The filter in the administrator does not always work properly. Sometimes hard to get an overview of all the orders.
Marvia has a great amount of functionalities and they are very easy to use. The combination of these has made Marvia great for skilled users but also beginners.
Complex templates are sometimes hard to implement.
Marvia is a great company to work with, helpfull and easy to get in touch with. They are always looking for the win/win situation.
We sometimes experience little bugs within the software. However the people at Marvia are always willing to solve problems.
The most positive thing about having launched Marvia is that our colleagues now became visual designers themselves, giving them the opportunity to create flyers and posters within a short time.
It is not possible to create or redesign your templates by yourself.
I like the metadata flexibility, and the ability to customize the search Filters is helpful. The dashboard is great for quick info, and the out-of-box reports cover most of what I'm looking for.
I know that I'm missing out on features, but as the only power user, I simply do not have enough time to delve into all of them.
I am able to configure a great deal of features myself, without needing to cut and paste code into the back-end. The customer service is actually helpful, and has a good response time.
The only two things I find as a fault of the platform are when the use case sits slightly outside of its scope and future-proofing.
It integrates with the Adobe suite and allows for our creative team to work remotely off proxy files. It's a flexible platform, and our integration team has been a joy to work with.
I'm a happy user, who gladly discusses the benefits of this with other users.
