In the beginning stage of our business zoho tool was great and helped us maintain good records with perfect reporting.
I am also missing cash flow prediction modeling. I am also missing the xml invoice export, for that I need another tool.
The another best thing about this software is that it is the best accounting financial management software because it is the most reliable software for accounting as compared to its competitors.
It can't be integrated into other softwares and slightly lack something that other competitors have.
I finally landed on Zoho Books and my experience with this software is amazingly outstanding in its results and ease of use.

Zoho is a good solution for small entities for invoicing and maintaining basic accounts. Its has a good mobile compatibility which helps in getting work done fast and easy.
No matter how many times you call or email, no one follows up - and if they do it's certainly not in a timely manner.
Invoice2Go has a lot of beautiful invoice templates, and a good amount of ways to customize those templates to your liking to great something to be proud of.
Will be switching to another form of invoicing: payment. The person that I spoke to from Invoices To Go said this is a common complaint.
It is a good product which is easy to navigate and understand if not customer support is always there to help you.
2 factor authentication, introduced around Oct 2020 is TERRIBLE. Price increase makes the app very expensive now.
The best thing I found is the approval process, what when I tell people about this option they keep telling me that it is not a necessity.
No mass delete of previous years. Hard to update product changes in a large format.

Before using Invoice2go, I was using Microsoft Excel to manually create invoices. Invoice2go was much better than that, but I ended up switching to Zoho Invoice from Invoice2go due to better pricing tiers. Invoice2go seemed to have everything that I needed. It has templates, sets up quickly, online payment, online delivery reports that can be broken down monthly, all the usual stuff you'd need to do accounting. Invoice2go is quite easy. There's a phone app and a website, so you can work whichever space you're comfortable with, pretty quickly can upload a logo and get templates up and running and send to people right on your phone right after talking to them. So it was very convenient to onboard. Invoice2go is great. The pricing is a little difficult. Only the top tier, which is very a corporate style pricing, allows for unlimited invoices. Even the second tier is limited to 10 invoices a month. One has to watch out for that and know how many invoices you're going to make every month.
