Rocket Matter vs FilePro: Which is a better fit?

Basically Rocket Matter is a cloud database where you can store client information, everything that is going on with a case, also financial details, documents, sharing documents, invoices. It's a very excellent product to keep in touch with the clients and keep the workflow going through. Well, one of the features that I like the most with Rocket Matters is the reporting features. Basically it gives you the ability to download all your active clients and matters. It lets you run reports as to the trust balances, the productivity per user reports, even running your payments so that it's efficient to get paid in some of your invoices for work that we've done in clients. Also one of the features that it just add right now is the business intelligence tool, which allows you to create even better reports to track marketing on all sorts of things that you can think of. And something else that I really like about Rocket Matters is the fact that they're always in communication with you. The customer support is amazing and they're available 24/7, and they're always ready to help you. There's not something that I would say that I like the least about Rocket Matters. I pretty much like everything. And over the years, they've just become better. Wt the beginning, I remember back in 2010, when they just started, they started in 2008 and then we acquired, we started using it in 2010 and it was a little slow at the beginning because obviously it's skull base. But over the years they've made so many improvements that it was worth sticking to it.
