Event Temple vs CaterZen: Which is a better fit?

I love how to build proposal, invoices, etc. The integration features within emails, e-signing, is wonderful and makes an ease for both our employees and clients.

I have assumed a few times and sent an auto email to someone with whom I had just spoken a few days prior and it is a bit embarrassing.

My over all experience was awesome i was able to get logged in and didnt have any issues like i said navigating the platform. There user friendly platform makes it a great experience.

There is nothing noted as far as weaknesses for Event Temple.

Overall, this is a great, all round product that is super helpful in my daily work day. Thanks guys for making my days a lot easier and more productive.

Integration to our existing opera pms is too difficult to setup.

They've won my loyalty by providing me with their loyalty. They've lived up to every promise and made the transition as easy as possible.

Nothing - the team at Event Temple are so open to improvements and ideas that we feel that any negative issues have been resolved as we installed and used the system.

Super easy to use and the customer service wonderful. One of the easiest softwares out there to use.

I rarely catch it, and sometimes the client sees and complains, or we dont catch the error in time and then two of the same menu item.

I really do love this software and all that it provides. I like the multi - store use and ease of calendar and that it save all past orders and notes, etc for each client.

Can not delete catering that were either mis-entered or canceled which can lead to some confusion and lost product.

I love the ease of use! love ability to send customers their invoices and have paper trail.

Setting up recipes for production reports is a time-consuming, and a little confusing process.

This is one of the best "outsourced" experience we have had a company. Their support team is ABSOLUTELY amazing.
