OrgChart vs TalentHR: Which is a better fit?

We have had a great experience, the implementation process was easy and we got the help needed.

That lack of capability means I still have to make a manual org chart at times.

I have good experience with them. Customer service is great.

I like that the org charts look nice, meeting our branding requirements and can be exported in a number of formats. The software interacts with our HRIS system well.

Initially we liked that it had an on-prem implementation (security reasons). We finally justified cloud instance with the automatic hooks to ADP.

We are currently in the process of a huge tech overall in our company, Talent HR was one of the first upgrades we made, we love the simplicity, the ease of use and intuitive nature of Talent HR.

The is a slight worry that if our team grows significantly that TalentHR will no longer be able to meet our needs.

We would also like to compliment the amazing help desk, who are always willing to help (especially [sensitive content hidden]), they offer quick replies and extensive knowledge of the platform.

Also we use accruals for our PTO so unless I'm in there every week adjusting time it makes it difficult to keep track of what is accrued and what is yearly allowed.

We like it, it's easy to use and I can easily access my Employee information. It also allows for secure information so others cannot access salary and SS information which we love.

No time tracking system (though they say it’s in the works) Once our employees are able to clock in and out from the same system as they request time off, it will be 10/10.

It’s an efficient platform that simplifies HR processes and enhances productivity. While there’s room for improvement in customization, it’s a reliable tool for managing HR tasks effectively.

Not a lot of added features. Very simple layout and the system is growing fast but having a hard time keeping up with the competition that already exists.
