Fluent vs JMP: Which is a better fit?

Great product, great support and I see that product is changing all the time to evolve to better and better version.

The missing libraries for processing of pictures from cameras.

However once you have done you will be using a reliable, fast and powerful piece of software for all your fixed reporting needs. Not to mention the great support which Windward offers.

When a report isn't generated for any reason, the same generic error message is returned.

On an average our customers were able to learn the windward tool by about 70% faster compared to the Adobe product. Overall it provided a great advantage to us in this competitive Landscape.

Originally, the engine server failed to generate document output for our AutoTag templates.

Also, the Windward RESTful engine is very easy to implement and integrate with other systems. Windwards support is excellent as well.

With Windward, I'm no longer getting pages with large empty patches. Editing in Word, I get to leverage a ton of power that's built into Word.

The results displayed are very good graphic display, easy to save and copy graphs other documents. The profiler component of the JMP is very useful to share analysis and reports using web interface.

Variable value designation is a big problem in JMP, the software fails to recognize the type of data when it comes to numeric value.

The best part about this software above and beyond its comprehensive statistical data analysis package is the process simulation capabilities. This is the feature that I love and use the most.

For example, JMP sometimes fails to recognize the difference between number and a string.

I loved the JMP scripting language (jsl) that comes with the software that allowed me to automate many things. I also loved the powerful visualization platform (graph builder).

Error and bug fixing requires exhaustive customer support and it is very time consuming. Loading large amount of data is very tedious as it takes lot of time and it crashes very frequently.

JMP has been a commendable companion for statistical problems whether in class or with research problems. Initially it does take some to learn the stuff with JMP but later that it is worth it.
