AutoVitals vs GEM-CAR: Which is a better fit?

Great found customers really liked seeing in real time what their car inspection looks like and what they need they get to see so they can make a good decesion.

I hate how it has trouble with our point of sale acts up atleast 2 to 3 times a wekk.

The people at Autovitals have been fantastic to work with. When we had questions or needed help, it was an easy process and quickly resolved.

The way it is worded is confusing for some people.

Great inspections and what the customer sees is top notch. Texting communication is awesome.

Any company needing a contract to keep cashflow is a poor company to do business with.

Customers are impressed and comment they feel more comfortable with the information we are providing.

The delay from starting a work order to it showing up in the program.

We love the statistics we can do with all of the reports, it's really useful to increase our sales. The systeme is also really easy to use.

Couple of weeks after there reveal. New features are sometimes unstable.

Ease of use and great feedback.dont know what more to say here.but still great Interface.

When we call because we have a question, I would rather wait on the line instead of leaving a message. But when we leave a message, they return the call really quickly.

Cost wise Gem Car comes in more reasonably priced than most other software we looked at, making it the best deal for the most features.

Arcaic and hard to use old technology/ may have changed since I last used.
