Overall it has tied into our system great, and we have only had a few minor issues. And the nonprofit pricing is great.
They responded 6 months latter with wrong information delaying more and more the payment, but then they cut the service. It is the worse service I have ever received.
The Sparkpost team is clearly committed to improving their product, and they care about their customers. For anyone who's happy to use the API for configuration, using Sparkpost is a no-brainer.
Their response: "I'm sorry to hear you are still unable to pass the system's address verification. We have the address verification in place to prevent fraudulent charges. A bureaucratic nightmare.
SparkPost is, in theory a very nice and slick email delivery service. They offer a fair amount of free emails each month.
The product is getting worse while the prices are going up. And if they lied about past agreements, they're likely to do it again.
I appreciate the reliability of deliverability for these critical messages. I prefer to offload the responsibility of sending email from my web servers so they can do the job of hosting.
We do tend to go to spam a lot and when looking at Sparkpost, the lingo is very confusing unless you have someone who understands code.
I do like that it suggests the people you most frequently contact when you are writing an email. They make creating a signature super easy and I like that it supports images on the signature.
I dislike that Microsoft Outlook gets disconnected frequently. I also dislike that it makes me sign-in multiple times instead of keeping my account signed in.
It is easy to navigate, easy to make folders for important emails, and provides an email system that anyone can use. And the best part is that it is FREE.
The main complaint I have with this is that it sometimes says I have unread emails even when I do not.
The section that separates the focused mail from the others is really helpful. It helps look at the important emails first, before going through the others.
From start to finish, for setup and continued use, there was not a single thing is disliked about this product.
Very easy to use, best email solution for individual or team - big or small. Excellent features, lots of functions for an administrator, lots of integration and customization options, etc.
It has problems sending out emails sometime to some server.
Sagar: My name is Sagar. My occupation is architect, and I would like to give five out of five review for the Outlook. And please click below for more reviews. To check my emails, to send my emails, to receive emails, to join the meetings, to join the calls, to schedule meetings, to create tasks, to create events. I like the meeting, the way we should do the meeting. It's user-friendly. If you have to schedule the meeting from Outlook, it's super, super user-friendly. You don't have to click multiple options. It's a one click show, right? And if you have to create an event, it's super easy. If you have to send an email, you don't have to go here and there, you just have to compose the email and that's it. It keeps on disconnecting. And then you have to sync your emails, right? So basically it requires really, really awesome internet. It doesn't compromise on the network bandwidth. So if your internet is average, not excellent, then the application might disconnect. That's it.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
