On-the-fly configuration changes often require a system "reinitialization" which requires the software be taken offline for a short period of time.

I love the drilldown function and the ability to fetch data super quickly. In addition, it provides a really intuitive view of our accounting software and how the 2 map together.
Our biggest pain points originate from data ingestion between our ERP system & Cube’s staging database.
Ease of use is excellent and second only to the customer support you receive. Account managers have been extremely helpful.
